Agents drift due to changes in user behavior, model updates, and process steps. This is how we keep them accurate.
User drift, model drift, and process drift keep enlarging the cases an agent cannot resolve on its own. The residual grows by default unless something actively reduces it.
Same discipline, plus the human-in-the-loop operation around it: routing, human oversight, residual experts, and quality control, run by Deccan. Every case resolves one of three ways.
A dedicated team embeds with yours, pairing Deccan engineers with domain professionals from Deccan Experts' 1.5M+ vetted pool. Process documents compile to a declarative, governed pipeline on EnterpriseOS, not a one-off script, and you own the agent once it ships.
Where a general-purpose model is not precise enough, the same team fine-tunes it, using the same SFT and RLHF evaluation discipline Deccan runs for frontier model labs today, applied to your own historical decisions and documents, then wired back into the compiler and runtime.
